Vendor Terms

These terms apply to vendors who create an account on the RTLSWorld vendor portal. RTLSWorld is run by Tayona Digital Ltd, Bloxham Mill, Barford Road, Bloxham, OX15 4FF, United Kingdom ("we", "us").

Your account

  • You must work for the vendor you register for, and sign up with an email address at that vendor's own domain. We check every account before approving it.
  • Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for changes made through your account.
  • We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or is used to misrepresent a vendor.

Your profile

  • Keep your profile accurate. Don't claim technologies, accuracy, industries, use cases or customers you can't back up.
  • Changes to your description, logo, links and case studies go live straight away. Changes to industries, use cases, technologies and pricing are reviewed by us first, because they decide which buyers you're matched with.
  • We may edit or remove profile content that's inaccurate, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or doesn't fit the directory. Our Disclosure Policy explains how paid placement works.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any logo, text or images you upload, and you let us display them on RTLSWorld.

Buyer leads

When a buyer's Solution Finder results include you, we may email you about it.

  • RTLSWorld partners receive the buyer's name, company, work email and requirements, because the buyer asked to be introduced.
  • Other vendors receive the buyer's requirements only, never their name, company or email.

If you receive a buyer's contact details, you agree to:

  1. use them only to respond to that buyer's enquiry about RTLS
  2. not add them to marketing lists, sell them, or share them with anyone outside your company (except service providers acting for you)
  3. keep them secure, and delete them if the buyer asks you to or if we ask you to on the buyer's behalf
  4. handle them in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and PECR), as an independent controller of that data once you receive it

Lead alert email

You choose where lead alerts go. Make sure that address is monitored and that you're allowed to receive buyer data there.

Partners and payment

Becoming an RTLSWorld partner (Featured placement and buyer contact details) is a separate paid agreement. Paying doesn't change which vendors match a buyer's answers. See the Disclosure Policy.

Our liability

We provide the directory, matching and alerts as they are. We don't guarantee any number or quality of leads, or that a buyer will buy. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email account holders. Questions: info@tayonadigital.com.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
